Successful launch of MV Lady Astrid

The latest vessel from a series of eight of the ‘Sea-River Liner 3700’ design was launched successful last Friday at GS Yard in Waterhuizen, the Netherlands. A launch of a vessel is always an exciting event. In this name giving ceremony it took several attempts to break the bottle. Eventually the vessel was launched successfully by Mrs. Hilda Bosma. She wished her good luck and fair winds before the vessel touched the water.
