MV ‘Vertom Joy’ into operation

We can call the maiden trip of 'Vertom Joy' a special event. This project, with a long history of ups and downs, resulted in the completion of the vessel at Thecla Bodewes Shipyard in Kampen. Groot Ship Design assisted with naval architecture, engineering and arranged the stability documentation. Congratulations to Gerrit Schram and Vertom with this special vessel. We wish the vessel and her crew a safe journey to China where she will be outfitted with cargogears and given a fresh coat of paint.
