Congratulations to the Vertom Group and Thecla Bodewes Shipyards with the successful christening and launch of the MV 'Vertom Joyce'. She is the eighth in a series of 12 diesel-electric powered dry cargo ships. Groot Ship Design provided the original design as a tender package to Vertom and cooperated with the shipyard in the engineering phase, all stability manuals are arranged by the naval architects from Groot Ship Design.
