Launch and delivery for the PMaxEco Series

Congratulations to Longship Group, GS Projects and Ship and Steelbuilding B.V. on the successful launch of mv “Longpride”, the second vessel in the PMaxEco series. This milestone marks a significant step forward in the development of the series, showcasing the collaboration, expertise, and dedication of all partners involved. Following the launch, Longpride will enter the final outfitting and commissioning phase before setting sail on her first voyages across the world’s oceans. Click here to watch the launch video.

In the same week, another important milestone was reached as mv “Longpearl” was successfully delivered and handed over to her owners. Congratulations to Longship Group on this achievement. We wish the vessel and her crew safe voyages and fair winds on her journeys ahead.

Groot Ship Design is proud to be part of this project, using the GROOT XL design as the platform for the PMaxEco series. The design, naval architecture, and hull construction engineering were all carried out by the Groot Ship Design team.
